"I ordered a pair of running shoes..."
I ordered a pair of running shoes online and the checkout process was easy. The size was right and everything showed up in good condition, so no complaints there. It did take a couple extra days longer than I was expecting, though, which was a little annoying but maybe that’s normal? Overall, I’d probably order from them again.

"Pretty much any running shoe you could want"
I went into Fleet Feet expecting a normal shoe selection, but they had way more than I thought. They basically have something for everyone, whether you stick with your usual brand or want to try a bunch of new styles. I found my go-to brand and had a few others to compare, which made it easier to decide. Sizes were easy to find too, so I didn’t have to dig around forever. Overall, I was really happy with the selection.

"Super helpful staff and a great fit"
I went in unsure about what kind of shoes I actually needed, and the staff was great. They took the time to measure my feet, check how the shoes fit around my heel and toes, and even had me walk around a bit to make sure they felt right. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering anyone. I ended up leaving with a pair that felt comfortable right away. Really easy, pleasant experience.

"Showed up fast, smooth overall"
Ordered a pair of running shoes from Fleet Feet. expected them to take a bit longer, but they got here quick. The tracking was simple enough once it actually started updating. There was a little lag at first, which was mildly annoying, so I knocked off one star for that. But the box showed up in good shape, shoes were fine, no drama. I’d order from them again

"Everyone at Fleet Feet Makes Running Feel Easy"
I first found Fleet Feet through one of their Saturday group runs, i’ve just kept going back ever since. These kinds of running groups are usually intimidating, but this one was super easy to jump into and there was no weird pressure at all. Everyone actually talks to you, which makes a big difference. There are always faster runners and total beginners like me, so it feels like pretty much anyone could show up and fit in

"I’d been trying to find these shoes in..."
I’d been trying to find these shoes in my size and, shockingly, a few other places couldn’t manage it. Fleet Feet actually had them available, which was a nice change. Checkout was simple, the order went through without any drama, and everything was smooth. I’m happy with it and will probably check them first next time, since apparently that saves some unnecessary hassle

"Cool scan, but not sure it did much"
The foot scan was actually cool to see, like I said, it was interesting. But the gait advice felt kind of generic, like I said, nothing I hadn’t really heard before. Overall, neat experience, just not sure it helped me much.

"Fair prices and a solid deal"
I felt like the prices for the shoes were fair, especially compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. Nothing felt overpriced, and for what I got, it was definitely worth it.

"I wasn’t totally sure what kind..."
I wasn’t totally sure what kind of orthotics I needed, but they helped me figure it out, which made the whole thing way easier. My feet have been feeling a lot better since, so I’m glad I asked

"Finally found shoes that actually feel right"
I went in not knowing much besides the fact that my feet had been hurting after every run. The person helping me was super patient and actually watched how I walked, then explained the sizing and fit in a way that didn’t make me feel awkward or clueless. I tried on a few different pairs, and the ones I ended up buying feel so much better than what I had before. They weren’t cheap, but the fitting help made it feel completely worth it. I walked out feeling relieved, like I finally might be able to run without dreading the foot pain afterward

"Helpful staff, just a little busy"
I stopped into Fleet Feet to get fitted for running shoes, and the staff was really helpful. They watched how I walked, asked a few questions, then brought out a couple different pairs for me to try. I liked that they weren’t pushy about it at all, which is always nice. The store was busy though, so I did end up waiting a bit longer than I thought I would. But still, the whole thing was a good experience, and I left with shoes that feel really comfortable so I’m happy with it.

"Pretty solid shoes, honestly"
I’ve been wearing these for a bit and they’ve held up fine so far. The quality seems good and they feel dependable. I was going to nitpick something, but honestly? Never mind, I actually like them more than I expected.
